1. Broker-Consumer Relationship

By creating an account on haho.ca and accessing MLS® listing data, you acknowledge that you are entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Naeem Hussain, Salesperson, Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc., Brokerage — the Member operating this Virtual Office Website (VOW).

2. Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only

All MLS® data obtained from this VOW is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the data for any commercial purpose, business venture, or in connection with the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate on behalf of any third party.

3. Bona Fide Interest

You confirm that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through this VOW. Access is not available to realtors, brokers, or other real estate professionals seeking listings for commercial purposes.

4. No Copying or Redistribution

You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell, or sublicense any listing information or MLS® data obtained from this VOW to any other individual or entity, except in connection with your personal consideration of the purchase, sale, or lease of an individual property.

Prohibited uses expressly include "scraping" (including screen scraping and database scraping), "data mining," or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize, or manipulate any listing information or related data.

5. PropTx Ownership and Copyright

You acknowledge PropTx Innovations Inc.'s ownership of, and the validity of PropTx's proprietary rights and copyright in, the MLS® database, MLS® data, PropTx's MLS® System, and all listing information. All rights are reserved.

6. No Sublicensing

You will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell, or sublicense any listing information to any other individual or entity.

7. PropTx Audit Rights

You expressly authorize PropTx Innovations Inc., and other PropTx Members or their duly authorized representatives, to access this VOW for the purposes of verifying compliance with MLS® Rules and Policies and monitoring the display of Members' listings. haho.ca maintains an audit trail of all consumer access to this VOW and may provide such information to PropTx upon request.

8. Password and Account Security

Your account password is valid for up to 90 days, after which it must be renewed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared.

Sessions automatically expire after 60 minutes of inactivity as required by MLS® Rules R-8.13.
