haho.ca is a Canadian real estate search platform. It brings MLS® listings, sold prices, local market data and financing tools into one place, so that the question you actually have, whether a home is priced sensibly and what it would cost you to own it, can be answered without opening six other websites.
What you can do here
- Search active MLS® listings across eight provinces, for sale and for lease, from houses and condominiums to land, farms, commercial space and businesses.
- Look up what comparable properties actually sold for, and see a property's own sale history where we have it. Sold data requires a free account.
- Get an automated estimate of what a home is worth or what it might rent for, with the comparable sales it was based on shown alongside it.
- Read local market data by province and city, and work through the real cost of a purchase with mortgage, land transfer tax, closing cost and investment calculators.
- Save listings and set alerts so new matches come to you.

Rates, calculators and pre-approval information are provided for general reference through our partner iShopRates. Nothing shown here is a commitment to lend, and any mortgage remains subject to approval on credit. We show the arithmetic so you can check it, and the qualifying rules that apply are stated alongside the figures rather than buried.
Haho, our AI assistant
Haho is the assistant built into the site. You can describe what you are looking for in ordinary language, including the parts that are hard to express as filters, and it will translate that into a search and answer follow-up questions about what it found.
Haho's answers are generated from listing data and general knowledge. It can be wrong, and it does not provide real estate, legal or financial advice. It searches only the listings we actually carry, so it will tell you when it has found nothing rather than inventing something that fits.
Where the data comes from
Active listings come from the Canadian Real Estate Association's Data Distribution Facility. Sold and leased data comes from PropTx under a Virtual Office Website agreement, which is why sold prices ask you to create a free account first. Full detail, including update frequency and provincial coverage, is on our data sources page.
How every median, trend and estimate on the site is calculated, and which figures we refuse to publish because the data cannot support them, is set out in our methodology. How our written market descriptions are produced is covered by our editorial policy.
Getting in touch
To talk to a person about buying or selling, or to flag something on the site that looks wrong, use the seller enquiry form or the contact options on any listing page. Corrections to listing information itself sometimes have to be made by the brokerage that filed the listing, and we will tell you when that is the case.
